  1. The offer is addressed to customers – natural persons.
  2. The agreement is considered concluded for an indefinite period from the moment of acceptance of the offer, which is payment for services rendered.
  3. The subject is SMS-notifications to the customer's phone number containing weather forecast according to the coordinates provided by the client. Read more in the Prices and Services section
  4. The contractor reserves the right to make amendments to the offer and the agreement. Amendments shall take effect in 5 days from the day of publication on https://weather-informer.com.
  5. The customers pay for services by bank transfer.
    • The amount paid is credited to the client’s virtual account at https://weather-informer.com in the amount received by the contractor’s bank. The account of the contractor’s bank is a ruble account, therefore, when paying with foreign currency accounts, the conversion will be carried out at the client's bank rate
    • The client sends the geographic coordinates via SMS-message to the number +7 903 767-22-15, and the contractor responds with an SMS-message with the weather forecast for the specified coordinates. When the SMS is sent by the contractor, the amount is deducted from the client’s virtual account in accordance with the conditions specified in the Prices and Services section
  6. The contractor and the customers do not sign acts. Payment confirms the quality of services.
  7. The customers independently prepare and transfer to the contractor all the necessary documents.
  8. If the customers have not transferred the requested documents, the agreement shall be deemed suspended.
  9. E-mail correspondence is confidential and has the legal force of a simple electronic signature.
  10. The contractor is entitled to advertising himself by telling about the services on his website.
  11. Rights of claim are not subject to assignment.
